Coffee,Coffee, Coffee

There are only a handful of things in life that instantly spark joy for me—and coffee is definitely at the top of that list. Some mornings simply do not exist until I’ve had that first sip. Without it? Let’s just say I can turn into a full-on grumpy pants. Honestly, I’m basically Lorelai Gilmore, permanently attached to a coffee mug and completely unapologetic about it.

Since meeting Cliff, my coffee obsession has leveled up. We fell hard for freshly ground beans and never looked back. It all kicked off when he had his first batch out west on a hiking trip, and then sealed the deal at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery in New York. We walked out with about $100 worth of Reserve beans and happily caffeinated ourselves for a month.

That’s when I discovered coffee subscriptions and found Atlas Coffee Club—aka our passport to the world, one cup at a time. So far, my absolute fave has been Costa Rica. Each delivery brings beans from a different country, which makes every month feel like a mini adventure. We’ve sipped our way through Vietnam, Colombia, Peru, and now Costa Rica.

What’s so fun is how different each country tastes. Vietnam had this cozy raisin-spice vibe. Peru was bursting with fruity goodness. Colombia brought bright citrus notes without any bitterness. And Costa Rica? My top pick. It’s nutty, chocolatey, and oh-so-smooth—basically everything I love in a dark roast.

If you’re trying to figure out your perfect cup, exploring different countries through Atlas Coffee Club is such a delicious way to do it. Cheers to caffeinated adventures! ☕
